Salon Policies

*Canceling/Rescheduling

48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 48 hours' notice is not given a 50% fee of the service canceled will be charged to the credit card on file.

*Online Booking

Online booking requires a card on file in order to secure your appointment time.


*Late Arrival

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will not be able to receive the full service and may be asked to reschedule.


*Guest, Child & Pet Policy

 Love those little ones however due to health, safety, and liability concerns we ask that you please come solo to your appointment. This means no extra guests, kids, or furry friends! If you're bringing a child for their appointment, they should stay inside the salon at all times. We can't allow kids or pets to be left in cars or play outside during your appointment. If you do bring them along, we'll sadly have to reschedule and charge a 50% service fee. We're all about ensuring safety and health at the salon. Thanks for understanding!


*Refunds

We do not offer refunds however, client satisfaction is very importance. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify your stylist within seven days of your appointment. After seven days from date of the appointment, the refund policy is null
